April 9th - Live at the Silver Dollar Room

David, and band, will be playing an 11pm set at the Silver Dollar Room on Saturday, April 9th. Joining David on stage will be Andrew Osborne - pedal steel, Jordan B. Wright - bass, and Brad Kilpatrick - drums.

My old friend Carol wrote a homourous post on her blog Wandering Carol, about a recent show and about my possible skepticism for French cultural theorists. As I recall, it was performance art.

Debut Album

The full length debut release, "The Wreck That You Are", is now available to purchase in both digital and CD formats. Click here to purchase. The album was recorded and produced in Toronto at McFarlane's "Tree House Sound" and later mixed at Montreal's Breakglass Studios by producer Jace Lacek of The Besnard Lakes. "The Wreck" was mixed on Jace's awesome Neve, the same vintage 1968 Neve germanium console used to record portions of Led Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti.
